About the Workshop
The pandemic caused many to feel a vague sense of loss and grief that is perhaps unfamiliar and surprising. This workshop will be an opportunity to process and reflect on aspects of change, loss, and grief. We will sharpen our skills in creating space to attend to loss–our own and that of others. We will discover how tending to grief is prayer, and allows Spirit to nurture us. This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to increase their competence and comfort level in this area, personally and/or professionally. Through focused conversations, personal reflection, story-telling, and small group sharing, participants will engage in a life-giving experience.
